This space is equipped with a coffee machine, a glass washer, a wine and beverage refrigerator, and a professional kitchen designed down to the millimeter for comfortable and precise work. Precision ovens , a central kitchen, refrigerators, an ice cream freezer, a dishwasher, and a pot-washing sink—everything necessary to prepare the most exquisite dishes. The upper floor is equipped with a freight elevator and stairs leading to an office with two refrigerators and an industrial freezer, a refrigerated wine cellar, a pantry, a staff room with lockers, two restrooms, and two showers.
