Precision ovens , a central kitchen, refrigerators, an ice cream freezer, a dishwasher, and a pot-washing sink—everything necessary to prepare the most exquisite dishes. The upper floor is equipped with a freight elevator and stairs leading to an office with two refrigerators and an industrial freezer, a refrigerated wine cellar, a pantry, a staff room with lockers, two restrooms, and two showers. In addition, there is a private area used as an apartment with two double bedrooms , a living-dining room with an open kitchen, and a dressing room with a bathroom and walk-in shower. At the rear of the restaurant, you can enjoy the 193 m2 buildable terrace , complete with a pergola and an antique fountain.
