Security and privacy are guaranteed thanks to security windows, an alarm system, a reinforced door, and a concierge service. Furthermore, the property includes a private parking space, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay in a natural setting surrounded by manicured gardens, just 2 km from the beach.

Monthly rates for the season are: May (€5,200), June (€6,100), July (€8,300), September (€6,400), October (€3,800), and November/December (€2,400). A €2,000 security deposit, agency fees (proportional to the rental period), and a final cleaning fee must be added to the rental cost. Please note that pets are not allowed on the property to preserve the pristine condition of the renovations.
