It is a cozy two-story house, with 5 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a nice terrace where you can relax, in the center of La Caleta de Salobreña, a few meters from the beach, surrounded by all services and amenities.

In a privileged and protected environment, with spectacular beaches, coves and trails. Where you can enjoy your hobbies, go kayaking, scuba diving, fishing and enjoy its rich gastronomy.

It s raining. I come home after a hard day of work. I press a button and the garage door opens. I enter with the car until the same door, the gate closes. Covering this space was a good idea, the material allows the passage of light and at the same time protects from the weather. I enter the house without having wet my feet.

I leave the jacket on the hanger, the distributor is wide and does not give a feeling of being overwhelmed. The first thing is to put water to heat, I feel like having an infusion while I relax listening to the rain fall on the trees on the porch. I light the fireplace and a stick of incense. I hold the hot bowl in my hands and settle on the sofa, now it s time to rest.

Living here is a luxury. This street is for practically private use. We do not have a bustle of cars up and down except those of the neighbors themselves. In addition, we park at home leaving the space free to walk without obstacles. The area is quiet, there are shops and all kinds of services nearby.

On this floor I have everything I need during the day, the kitchen has a pantry and a laundry terrace that make storage easier. The toilet on this level is very comfortable, especially on the days that we have a barbecue. The fireplace in the living room, together with the double-glazed windows, guarantee warmth on winter days.

Upstairs is my bedroom with the integrated bathroom. I love to unhurriedly enjoy the jets of water from the shower. Two other bedrooms and a bathroom with everything complete this floor.

And below is the surprise. We have gained ground from the unevenness and have made a living room, a bathroom and two more bedrooms, with natural light and ventilation, thanks to well-studied openings.

The distribution and the wide spaces allow us to be comfortable all together or each one in their favorite place and without disturbing the rest.

When I get home I disconnect from everything. This environment makes me relax and forget about the bustle of the rest of the day. After drinking my favorite infusion I start walking between olive trees and terraces, a rabbit jumps out of a bush and runs away in a second. I feel good, it smells like the countryside, the breeze forces me to close my jacket while I only listen to the crunch of my footsteps. In December we collected the olives and took them to the Gafarillos Oil Mill, it is a pleasure to have your own oil.

The house is old, thick walls, high ceilings. I love to open the two leaves of the front door and let the sun in even on cold days. On the first floor I have everything I need and on the second is the terrace. I spend hours up there enjoying the sun and the views.

This house is distributed in a functional and comfortable way. On the ground floor it has a living area, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, pantry and storage room. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms and a terrace.

It has all orientations so natural light and cross ventilation are assured.

Peñas Negras/El Ventorrillo is a well-connected village, thirty minutes from different population centers with all services (Carboneras, Mojácar, Sorbas), in a rural environment, a step away from Sierra Cabrera, the Cabo de Gata-Natural Park. Níjar, from the gypsum karst in Sorbas and from the Aguas River.
