To the left are two restrooms with a waiting bench, and behind the entrance curtains are three more tables of the same size for enjoying a private lunch or dinner. The third room has two tables and an electronic sensor-activated fire door, which leads to the chef s work area or, sometimes, to guests when a reservation is made. This space is equipped with a coffee maker, a glass washer, a wine and beverage refrigerator, and a professional kitchen meticulously designed for comfortable and precise work. Precision ovens , a central kitchen, refrigerators, an ice cream freezer, a dishwasher, and a sink for washing pots and pans—everything necessary to prepare the most exquisite dishes. The upper floor is equipped with a freight elevator and stairs leading to an office with two refrigerators and an industrial freezer, a refrigerated wine cellar, a pantry, a staff room with lockers, two bathrooms, and two showers. There is also a private section used as an apartment with two double bedrooms , a living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen, and a dressing room with a bathroom and walk-in shower.
