Breakfast on the porch enjoying the warm morning sun and sheltered from the wind. I am accompanied by the song of the birds and the aroma of the sea. In a while I go down to the promenade to walk, exercising first thing in the morning suits me very well. When I get back I ll take a walk around the pots and then I ll read by the window in the living room.

Today we have a family meal, I m wondering whether to set the table in the dining room, in the kitchen or in the garden. Although we are many there is room for everyone. This weekend, in addition, my mother and my nieces are visiting. The house is filled with laughter, the aroma of chestnuts and roast potatoes in the fireplace, board games, pillow fights, movies and popcorn.

To sleep we will organize ourselves like a camp, the boys in one room, the girls in another, mattresses on the floor and confidentiality. Mom sleeps in the room downstairs with the convenience of having the bathroom next door, thus avoiding the stairs.

In this house I feel safe and live happily. Its orientation to the four winds makes it enjoy natural lighting all day. The quality of its windows keeps the warmth inside in winter and the heat outside in summer. The fireplace provides the homely touch that we like so much.

In the cold months it is a pleasure to sunbathe in the front garden. In the heat, you can find us in the pool in the back garden or having something cool in the shade. The nights lend themselves to barbecue under the stars and baths in the light of the moon.

This detached house consists of a spacious hall, a large living room with a covered gallery, a kitchen with a laundry room, a full bathroom and a room on the ground floor. On the first floor there are four more double bedrooms, two of them with an integrated bathroom, and one more bathroom to serve the rest of the bedrooms. All the residences are exterior.

In addition to the large garden with several different areas, it has a large garage and storage rooms under the house.

Nueva Almería is one of the most popular areas of the city, although there are many types of homes, individual ones with gardens are characteristic here. Well connected to the city center, with all services at hand and the beach a few steps away. Supermarkets, pharmacies, schools (Montessori as well), sports and leisure areas, hospital, bike path... It is a few kilometers from the University and the Airport. Tranquility and light are hallmarks of this privileged neighborhood.
